By accessing or using WarmUpExam ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates made to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account on WarmUpExam. Users under the age of 18 should use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@warmupexam.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. WarmUpExam is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your credentials.

Access to certain batches, mock tests, and premium features requires payment of applicable fees, displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices, features, and availability of plans may change at any time without prior notice, though such changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.

Users may request a refund for a test series or AI subscription purchase within 7 days from the date of purchase. Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata (day-wise) basis — the amount deducted is proportionate to the number of days elapsed since purchase, calculated against the total validity period of the plan.

Example: For a plan worth ₹999 with 365 days validity, if refunded after 5 days of use, the deduction will be approximately ₹999 ÷ 365 × 5 ≈ ₹14, and the refundable amount will be approximately ₹985.

No refund requests will be entertained after 7 days from the date of purchase. In such cases, you may request a transfer to another batch of equivalent value, subject to approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via Razorpay to the original payment method.

For physical products such as books or study materials, replacements will be provided only if the item is damaged or lost during delivery by our courier partner. Refunds or replacements are not available for incorrect shipping addresses or refused deliveries.

WarmUpExam provides educational content, mock tests, AI-powered analysis, and learning resources for practice purposes only. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee examination results, rankings, admissions, or employment outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WarmUpExam, its employees, directors, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.

Prohibited Activities

All content, software, logos, trademarks, mock tests, questions, graphics, AI-generated reports, and intellectual property available on WarmUpExam are exclusively owned by the Company.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission from WarmUpExam.

WarmUpExam reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or misuse the Platform. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform and any purchased content will cease immediately, and no refund will be issued for the unused portion of a subscription.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bihar

WarmUpExam may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
